THE OPHELIA PROPHECY teaser and giveaway!

Miniature by Reginald Easton
We're less than seven months out from the release of THE OPHELIA PROPHECY! The book's epigraph was taken from the following excerpt from __________. (Name the book and author.)

Remember that I am thy creature; I ought to be thy Adam, but I am rather the fallen angel, whom thou drivest from joy for no misdeed.

I'd like to say play fair, no googling or reading the other comments. But I know you guys are gonna. (I totally would.)

  1. Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. Nope, haven't read it, but watched and re-watched the black-and-white Boris Karloff movies on late-night tv when I was a kid. Always made me sad.

    1. That version of Frankie WAS rather hapless and sad, wasn't he? Did you see the version with Robert De Niro? Dark and disturbing (like the book)!

  2. Oh, I'm so sad... I'm from Brazil and I loved your first novel Ghost Planet, Mrs. Fisher! It would be SO awesome to have a signed book (I can't go to any book signings due to geographic reasons) of yours but I do understand your point! Anxiously waiting The Ophelia Prophecy and future books! :) Thank God for BookDepository!

  3. Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. I actually did google it. It's been so long since I read it and honestly I've read so many since. I had the period right though, LOL, but that's about all I could positively place on it right off the bat. Great book, need to add it to my stack and read it again.

    1. I want to read it again too. It's probably been more than 20 years! Fantastic story, and I also love the backstory about the weekend it was written.
